1. Service

VGLA Analyzer is a browser-based software service for analyzing compatible cycling FIT files. Analysis availability and displayed results depend on the data contained in the submitted file.

2. License and access

A purchase grants the purchaser a personal, non-transferable right to use the hosted VGLA Analyzer service, subject to these terms. Resale, account sharing, automated extraction and unauthorized reproduction of the service are prohibited.

3. User responsibilities

Users must submit only files they are authorized to use. Users are responsible for maintaining access to the email account associated with their purchase.

4. Analysis results

Results are provided for informational and training-analysis purposes. They are not medical, safety or professional coaching advice.

5. Availability and changes

Features, compatible data formats and operating requirements may be updated to maintain or improve the service. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

6. Prohibited activity

Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer protected server-side functions or use the service unlawfully.
