1. Information we process

VGLA may process the purchaser's email address, purchase status, authentication information and basic technical records required to operate and protect the service.

2. Cycling activity files

Compatible FIT files submitted for analysis are intended to be processed only to provide the requested analysis. The production service is being designed so that uploaded FIT files are not permanently retained after processing.

3. Payments

Payment information is processed by an external payment provider. VGLA does not directly store complete payment-card details.

4. Purposes of processing

• Providing and maintaining access to VGLA Analyzer.
• Confirming purchase and account status.
• Preventing misuse and investigating technical problems.
• Responding to customer-support requests.

5. Sharing and sale of data

Personal information and cycling activity data are not sold for advertising purposes. Information may be provided to service providers only where required to operate payments, hosting, authentication or customer support.
